APLE Committee for QUALITY ASSURANCE (ACQA)

Task is to secure best project management, monitoring and to obtained best possible results.

METHODOLOGY

ACQA will guide the entire process, having the role of advisory body. The Committee will develop working methodology and adopt evaluation and quality standards and procedures (in line with the internationally recognized methodologies and values) which will be distributed to all partners. Majority of project activities and events shall be evaluated by suitable questionnaires (internal one, auditing monitoring, self-reflexive monitoring by consortium and by the main responsible stakeholders)

Evaluation methods are based on internal self-evaluation by APLE Committee with additional external feedback and input

Quantitative and qualitative means of verifying outreach of activities are presented through LFM table in a detailed manner

Specific objectives, outcomes/deliverables and activities are listed, and the means of verification are defined through verifiable indicators

ACQA TASKS

  • to follow the development of studies at each Partner Countries institution (UNSA, UBL, SUM, and UOM), and to perform an internal evaluation
  • confirmed and verified quality of derived studios and their alignment with previously established standards
  • when the first generation of students ends taking the courses, the evaluating survey of the progress and satisfaction of the students and teaching staff should be conducted
  • to develop the questionnaire for different purposes
  • ACQA will produce quality control meeting reports
