APLE social media

At the Kick off meeting Impact and dissemination team (IDT) was established and the team started working immediately on APLE visual identity. It was created first through APLE logo and website and then spread through social networks (Instagram, Facebook and YouTube) and other media (MOOC, printing material, presentations, lectures, Skype conferences, live videos).
Through stakeholder meetings at Partner HEIs stakeholders of relevance (signed cooperation agreements) will be promoted through social media. This will promote and disseminate academia and real sector good cooperation to invite other stakeholders to participate.
Through each curriculum innovation, realized through joint studios, content and procedures for Real, Live, Data, Open Studio implementation progress will be disseminated through social media and Virtual Pop-up Lab. Also training of the Partner Teaching staff on new teaching and learning methodologies will disseminate progress and invite students to apply and participate in APLE project through studios. During workshops at EU programme countries IDT will disseminate progress reports, drafts of studio programme content, applied educational methodologies as well as studio implementation and studio results. Different promotional and informative events, info days and continuous informing will disseminate APLE Project progress and results. Through APLE Project lifetime manuals and guidelines as videos, e-books, articles, brochures, and booklets will be edited and published.
At the end of the third studio semester in the 28th month of APLE Project implementation the results will be presented through exhibitions at UBL. This event will be promoted through social media and it will disseminate studio results within wider professional network and community.
Final event, the APLE Conference, will be organised in the 3rd year of project implementation and it will be held in the 35th month of the project implementation at SUM. This event will be promoted through social and other media and it will disseminate scientific contribution of APLE project within wider professional network. Indicators of success will be: response to the conference first call, number of uploaded papers, conference event, attendance list, published conference proceedings and number of participants.
Recordings, photographs, information etc. from APLE events will be recorded and disseminated. The written press, audio-visual and electronic media will be specifically targeted by the communication strategy. The partners will release Press Communication by key event and milestone and organise press local conferences informing about the progress, to reach a wider visibility of the project. Interviews and articles in specialised media will also be promoted.
Number of Website visits and documents downloaded will show APLE wider relevance as well as number of followers of social media. Yearly reports about dissemination activities will be produced.
Visibility of EU Funding will be pointed out in every single document and press release by implementing communication strategy and book of graphic standards.
